At Namu Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
